2. Check that the reversing lights turn on when the lever is moved to the "R" position.

3. Disconnect the selector position sensor connector.
4. Using an ohmmeter, check the closed circuit between the specified contacts of the sensor connector in the corresponding positions
Adjustment
5. Set the selector lever to the "N" position.
6. Loosen the nut (1) of the cable of the lever (2) to the automatic transmission selector lever (3).

7. Loosen the selector screws and align the lever hole with the flange hole (section A-A). Insert steel wire to fix the lever.

8. Tighten the selector mounting screws and remove the wire. Tightening torque: 10-12 Nm.
9. Tighten the cable adjusting nut so that the selector cable does not sag.
10. Start the engine and check the sensor operation.
