Basic information
Hyundai Accent/Verna cars are equipped with 4-cylinder petrol engines of the Alpha and Epsilon families with a working volume of 1.4 and 1.6 liters, respectively. These engines are structurally identical and differ only in the dimensions of the CPG parts and the design of the cylinder head (due to the installation of the timing phase regulator).
To improve power and dynamic characteristics, as well as reduce the toxicity of exhaust gases, the Epsilon family of engines are equipped with an ignition system with individual coils and an electronic system for changing the timing phase.
