Disassembly



1. Remove the reservoir cap and drain the brake fluid into a suitable container.

2. Remove the brake fluid level sensor.

3. Unscrew the screw (1) and remove the reservoir (2) from the master cylinder.

8. Check the inner surface of the cylinder, the surface of the pistons and sealing rings for damage and wear.

9. Apply brake fluid to the rubber parts of the cylinder and bushing.

10. Carefully install the pistons and springs into their proper positions.

11. Press the secondary piston with a screwdriver so that the pin can be installed in the hole (6), and install the pin (7).
