- Valve body cover bolts (A): 9.8-11.8 Nm.
- Eyebolt (IN): 39.2-44.1 Nm.
2. At first turn away the bolts which are in a motor compartment.
3. Replace the eye bolt gasket with a new one.
5. Turn away a bolt and remove a plate with a spring (A).
Note: Tightening torque: 24.5 - 35.3 Nm.
6. Disconnect the solenoid valve (IN), connector (A) oil temperature sensor and then unscrew the three mounting bolts.
Note: Tightening torque: 9.8-11.8 Nm.
7. Remove valve body assembly (A).
Note: Tightening torque: 9.8-11.8 Nm.
8. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
Note:
- Apply automatic transmission oil or petroleum jelly to the O-rings to prevent damage.
- Apply a bead of Threebond 1281B or LOCTITE FMD-546 2.5 mm sealant to the contact surfaces of the valve body caps.
