1. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position and disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the connector (A) from the transmission control unit.

3. Remove the battery.
4. Loosen the mounting bolts (A) and mounting nuts (B), and then remove the transmission control unit (C).
Note: Tightening torque: (A): 21.6 - 32.4 Nm.

5. Unscrew the 3 mounting nuts and remove the gearbox control unit (A).
