Withdrawal
1. Disconnect the clutch hydraulic pipe.
2. Turn out bolts of fastening of the working cylinder of coupling.
Examination
1. Clean the dismantled parts in solvent and blow out all parts and passages with compressed air.
2. Check the clutch slave cylinder and boots for damage.
Disassembly
1. Remove tube, valve plate, spring, tappet and boot.
2. Remove dirt from the open hydraulic tube connection port.
3. Remove piston and o-ring (cuff), supplying compressed air through the hole for connecting the hydraulic tube.
1. Cover the opening of the working cylinder with a clean rag to catch the piston pushed out by compressed air.
2. To prevent splashing of brake fluid, apply air slowly.
Examination
1. Check the clutch slave cylinder for damage.
2. Check covers for damage.
3. Measure the inside diameter of the clutch master cylinder. If the clearance between the piston and cylinder is greater than the allowable value, replace the master cylinder and/or piston assembly.
Attention! Measurement of the inner diameter of the clutch master cylinder is carried out in three sections (at the base, center and top) in two perpendicular directions. Gap: 0.15mm.
Assembly
1. Lubricate the piston and cylinder bore with clutch fluid before assembling, and install the piston assembly. Fluid: DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid.
2. Install valve plate, tappet and boot.
Installation
1. Lubricate the bushing, pin, washer, and capped pin with cotter pin prior to installation. Lubricant: CASMOLY L9508.
2. Install the clutch release cylinder and connect the hydraulic tube to it.
