Warning: The fluid used in the hydraulic drive dissolves paint and plastic, so if the fluid gets on the paintwork of the car, wash it with plenty of water.
Warning: When removing air, add only clean fluid recommended by the manufacturer.
Recommended fluid: SAE J1703 (DOT3).
Procedure
1. Loosen the bleed nipple on the clutch release cylinder and attach a hose to it. Place the other end of the hose in a glass container of sufficient capacity.
2. Slowly press the clutch pedal.
3. With the clutch pedal depressed, loosen the bleed screw and release air from the hydraulic system. Tighten the bleed screw and release the clutch pedal.
4. Repeat the operations until the brake fluid comes out without air bubbles.

Warning: Rapidly re-depressing the clutch pedal in the B–C area may cause the pushrod to come out of the clutch cylinder body during bleeding. The clutch pedal must be pressed only after it has returned to the upper position (A).
