Warning! Be careful when changing engine oil as the oil is hot and can cause burns.
Order of execution
1. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature and turn it off.
2. Stop the engine.
3. Remove the oil filler cap and remove the oil drain plug from the oil pan. Wait until all the oil has drained from the oil pan.
4. Screw in the oil drain plug with a new gasket. Tightening torques: 35–45 Nm.
5. Fill the engine with the required amount of the required engine oil.
Engine oil volume:
- Engines 2.0/1.8L
- Without oil filter change: 3.5 l
- With oil filter change: 3.7 l
- 1.6L engine
- Without oil filter change: 3.0 L
- With oil filter change: 3.3 l
- Diesel engine 2.0L
- Without oil filter change: 5.4 l
- Oil filter: 0.5 l

Warning! Do not overfill the oil, as this will foam the oil and reduce the pressure in the lubrication system.
6. Install the cap on the oil filler neck.
7. Start the engine and check for oil leaks.
8. Check the engine oil level and top up if necessary.
