Checking the fluid level

The fluid level in the clutch master cylinder is checked when performing other work in the engine compartment. At the same time, the tightness of the hydraulic drive is checked. The fluid level in the hydraulic drive reservoir should always be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the reservoir. If necessary, bring it up to the norm. A constant decrease in the level indicates the presence of leaks in the clutch hydraulic drive. The hydraulic system should be checked immediately by a Hyundai dealer and the leak repaired.
Fluid replacement
When replacing, use brake fluid that meets the DOT 3 or DOT 4 standard. Tighten the reservoir cap tightly to prevent dirt and moisture from entering.
Note: The admixture of any other liquids may cause damage to the sealing parts.
Warning: Use caution when handling brake fluid. If it gets into your eyes, it may cause visual impairment. In addition, it spoils the paintwork of the car body if it is not removed immediately.
