Withdrawal
1. Remove the lower bolt, lift the caliper up and secure it with wire.
2. Remove the brake pads.
Warning! Do not depress the brake pedal after removing the brake pads.

Examination
1. Check brake pads for wear or oil contamination and replace if necessary.
Warning! Be sure to replace all pads on the same vehicle axle, even if only one pad is worn. If the brake pads are to be reinstalled, they must be marked before removal.
2. Check the brake pads for damage.
Brake lining thickness:
- Rated: 11mm
- Minimum allowable: 2.0 mm
Installation
1. Install the brake shoe clips.
2. Install brake pads on each brake pad clip.
Attention! Install the brake pad with wear sensor on the piston side.
3. Using the special tool 09581–11000, press the piston into the caliper cylinder.
4. Install new brake pads.
Warning! Never apply grease to the brake disc and brake pads.
5. Screw in the bolt and tighten it to the required torque. Tightening torque: 22–32 Nm.
