Procedure
1. Before connecting the valve to the container, turn the handle fully counterclockwise.
2. Turn the handle counterclockwise until it reaches the highest position.
3. Connect the central hose with the valve fitting. Turn the handle fully clockwise.
4. Turn the handle clockwise to punch a hole in the sealed cap at the top of the can.
5. Turn the handle fully counterclockwise to fill the center hose with air. Do not open the high and low pressure valves.
6. Loosen the nuts of the central hose connected to the pressure gauge fitting.
7. Release the air for a few seconds and tighten the nut
