Before installation, check the new O-ring for damage and lubricate it with air conditioning compressor oil. Tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
The internal components of the cooling system are chemically stable as long as clean, moisture-free reagent and lubricating oil are used. Small amounts of dirt, moisture and wet oil can compromise the system's chemical stability and performance or cause the air conditioning system to fail.
