The internal components of the cooling system are in a state of chemical stability as long as clean, moisture-free reagent and lubricating oil are used. Minor amounts of dirt, moisture, and wet oil can compromise the system's chemical stability and performance, or damage the air conditioning system.
Precautionary measures
1. Before disconnecting the elements of the air conditioning system, it is necessary to prepare tools and devices for servicing the system in such a way as to leave the disconnected elements of the system for the shortest possible time.
2. When disconnecting components of the air conditioning system, immediately close the connections with appropriate caps to prevent moisture from entering the system.
3. All spare parts and pipes of the air conditioning system must be stored in sealed packaging.
4. Do not re-kink previously molded tubes.
5. All tools, coolant, distribution manifold, gauges and pipes must be stored in a dry and clean place.
