Caution! The air conditioning system must be charged with refrigerant in a gaseous state through the low pressure side. When the cooling container is placed on the right side, the refrigerant will enter the system as vapor.
Procedure
1. Connect the release valve to the refrigerant cylinder.

2. Open the low pressure valve and adjust it so that the low pressure gauge shows a pressure of no more than 412 kPa.
3. Place the container with refrigerant in water heated to a temperature of no more than 40°C to maintain the vapor pressure in the container slightly higher than the vapor pressure in the system.

4. Start the engine at fast idle and turn on the air conditioner.
Caution: Be sure to support the container stand to prevent liquid refrigerant from entering through the low pressure side, as this may damage the air conditioner compressor.
5. Charge the system with the exact amount of refrigerant and close the discharge valve. Amount of refrigerant: 600±25g. When the charging speed decreases, place the refrigerant container in water heated to a temperature of no more than 40°C.

Warning! Under no circumstances can the refrigerant be heated in water above 52°C (126°F).
