Fluid replacement (Hyundai Elantra J2)

1. Raise the front of the vehicle with a jack and secure it with stands.

2. Disconnect the return hose from the power steering fluid reservoir and plug the reservoir.

3. Connect any suitable hose to the return hose and drain the liquid (into a container suitable for this purpose).

4. Disconnect the high tension wire from the ignition coil side. While operating the starter in alternating mode, turn the steering wheel left and then right several times to drain the fluid.

5. Connect the return hoses, then fill the tank with special liquid.

Automatic transmission fluid DEXRONe II type

• Total capacity is approximately 0.9 l

6. Remove air from the system (see below).
