Loosen the adjusting nuts (arrows) securing the cable to the control lever and disconnect the cable.

Set the manual control lever to position N.
After loosening the mounting bolts (1) of the selector switch (4), turn it so that the hole in the flange of the housing (5) of the switch coincides with the hole (3) at the end of the manual control lever (2).
Early models
Late model years
While holding the switch in this position, tighten the bolts (1).
After pulling the cable connecting the selector lever to the control valve block, tighten the adjusting nut.
Make sure the selector lever is in position N.
Check that the gears being engaged correspond to the position of the selector lever.
