Gas cable mounting elements (accelerator)
1 - Set screw;
2 - cable tip (connections to the throttle body);
3 - bushing;
4 - cable tip;
5 - cable;
6 - bracket;
7 - pin;
8 - release spring;
9 - pedal rod;
10 - pedal.


After checking the play of the pelvis cable, the required value of which is 1-2 mm (3-5 mm for an automatic transmission), make the following adjustment:

If the value deviates from the required value, turn on the ignition, do not start the engine, wait until the idle speed adjustment motor returns to its original position.

Slightly loosen the manifold set screws and move the plate until the throttle cable play is the desired value.

Tighten the set screws.

The throttle lever stop must touch the idle speed switch.

By pressing the gas pedal, check that the throttle valve is fully open.

Install the air filter.
