Connect the negative cable to the battery.
Caution: The first drawback when using this method is that disconnecting the battery will erase all adaptive values in the electronic control module. Re-entering the relevant adaptive values requires starting a cold engine and driving at different speeds and engine speeds for about 20-30 minutes. The engine must also idle for about 10 minutes. The second obstacle is that the security codes in the radio system, the clock setting and other values will be erased and will need to be restored after connecting the battery. To erase codes, if possible, you should use a trouble code reader.
