Audio Error Codes (H280 Audio Only) (Hyundai Getz 1)

If fault codes appear on the display in CD player or radio mode, you can find their cause in this table. If you cannot eliminate the cause of the fault code yourself, bring your car to an authorized Hyundai dealer.

Indication	Cause	Method of elimination
Er2	CD player mechanism failure (CD eject or loading mechanism failure)	After the audio system has reset, press the CD eject button. If the disc does not eject, contact your authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
Er3	Error reading data from CD	Make sure the CD is not scratched or damaged. Press the eject button on the CD and remove the disc. Then insert a normal CD.
Er6	CD failure	Check that the CD is inserted correctly in the player. Make sure that the CD is not scratched or damaged.
Er8	Malfunction of the tape transport mechanism of the radio Malfunction of the cassette ejection mechanism	After the audio system has reset, press the cassette eject button. If the cassette does not eject, contact your authorized Hyundai dealer.
HHH	Too much heat	This fault code will automatically clear when the temperature returns to normal.
No CD (No CD)	No CD in magazine No CD magazine in CD changer CD changer malfunction	Insert a CD into the magazine or insert the magazine into the CD changer
