1. Power switch, Volume knob; 2. Frequency setting button; 3. Buttons for memorizing stations; 4. Button for automatic tuning of received stations; 5. Knob for adjusting the tone in the bass area / Knob for adjusting the left / right stereo balance; 6. Treble tone control knob / Front / rear stereo balance control knob; 7. Range selection button; 8. Liquid crystal display.
1. ON/VOL (Power switch, volume knob). The radio works when the ignition key is in the "ON"/"On") or "ACC" ("Additional equipment1'). Press the button to turn on the power. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the volume, and turn it counterclockwise to decrease the volume. To turn off the power of the radio, press the button again.
2. TUNE (Manual frequency button). Press the a or v side of this button for less than 0.5 second to increase or decrease the frequency. When the button is held down for 0.5 seconds or longer, the buzzer sounds and channel selection continues. If you release the button after the buzzer sounds, the automatic frequency setting function will be activated,
SEEK (Automatic frequency tuning). If you press the △ side for more than 0.5 second, the buzzer will sound and the radio will automatically tune in to the next higher frequency station, and if you press the ▽ side for more than 0.5 second, the buzzer will sound and the radio will automatically tune in to the next station with a lower frequency. If the selected broadcasting station is already stored in memory, the channel number assigned to it will also appear on the display.
3. Buttons for storing stations (1-6). To listen to a station stored in memory, press these buttons for less than two seconds. Pressing the button for more than two seconds memorizes the radio station to which the radio was tuned.
4. SCAN (Button for automatic tuning of received stations). When you press this button, the frequency will increase and the receiver will tune in 5 seconds to one received station after another. To stop auto tuning, press this button again.
5. BASS/BAL (Bass tone control knob / Stereo left/right balance adjustment). Push down on the handle until it pops out. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the bass tone, and turn the knob counterclockwise to decrease the bass tone. Pull the handle extended outward to the next fixed position. Turn it clockwise to increase the right speaker volume. (The volume of the left speaker will decrease). Turning the knob counterclockwise will increase the volume of the left speaker, (The volume of the right speaker will decrease).
6. TREB/FAD (Treble tone control / Stereo front/rear balance control). Push down on the handle until it pops out. Turn it left or right to set the tone you want in the high frequency region. Pull the knob extended outward to the next fixed position, Turn the knob counterclockwise to increase the volume of the front speakers. (Rear speaker volume will decrease). Turning the lever clockwise will increase the volume of the rear speakers. (The volume of the front speakers will decrease).
7. FM/AM (Range button). When this button is pressed, the FM/AM bands are switched in the following sequence:
FM1 → FM2 → AM → FM1 (FM1 → FM2 → M → L → FM1: for Europe)
8. Liquid crystal display. The LCD displays the following information; broadcast band frequency FM1/FM2/AM/ (L) / (M), number of the selected station, ST stereo reception indicator for FM broadcast stations.
