Fuel filter mounting elements
1 - fuel filter;
2 - high pressure hose.
Relieve pressure from the fuel line.
Remove the air intake hose.
While holding the fuel filter with a wrench, loosen the hollow bolt, then remove the high pressure hose.
After unscrewing the fuel supply line nut, disconnect the fuel line and remove the fuel filter.
When installing the fuel filter, install new sealing gaskets.
After installing the fuel filter, check the fuel system for leaks.
Apply battery voltage to the fuel pump connector until it operates.
Check the fuel system for leaks under pressure.
