
If the fuel filter warning light comes on while driving, it means that water has accumulated in the filter. In this case, remove the water as described below.

1. Remove the engine cover.
2. Disconnect the air inlet hose from the air cleaner cover.
3. Unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the fuel filter.
4. Tighten the cap after the water stops flowing out.
5. Make sure that the indicator light comes on when the ignition key is turned to the "ON" position and goes out after the engine starts.
