
The on-board diagnostic lamp lights up to warn the driver that there is a fault in the vehicle. However, if the fault condition ceases, the lamp goes out. Immediately after turning the ignition key to the "ON" position, the indicator lamp lights up for 3 seconds to indicate that it is in good working order. It indicates a fault in the following components:
- Oxygen Sensor (HOS)
- Intake air temperature sensor
- MAP sensor
- Throttle Position Sensor (IP)
- Coolant Temperature Sensor (ECT)
- Idle Speed Control (ISC) mechanism
- Nozzles
