Removal
Note: Before disconnecting, mark all hoses and connectors to ensure proper reconnection during installation.
1. Disconnect the wires first from the negative terminal, then from the positive terminal and remove the battery (1).

2. Disconnect the air flow sensor connector (2). Disconnect the air duct (3) and ventilation hose (4). Remove the air filter cover (5).

3. Disconnect the connectors (6 and 7) of the engine control unit. Remove the filter element and remove the air filter housing (8).

4. Remove the battery shelf (9).

5. Disconnect the ground wire from the gearbox (10).

6. Remove the tube bracket (11) from the gearbox.

7. Unscrew the two screws (12) of the hose bracket.

8. Remove the clutch slave cylinder (13).

9. Disconnect the gear shift cables (14).

10. Disconnect the connectors of the speedometer sensor (15) and the reversing light switch (16).

11. Remove the front engine splash guard (17).

12. Remove the engine side splash guard (18).

13. Disconnect the return hose (19 power steering) and drain the fluid into a suitable container.

14. Loosen the hinge bolt and disconnect the steering column shaft from the intermediate shaft.
15. Remove the upper gearbox mounting screws.
16. Remove the gearbox support bracket (20).

17. Install the crossbar with the stands and hook the engine lifting eyes with hooks.

18. Disconnect the lower suspension arms from the steering knuckles.
19. Disconnect the steering rod ends from the steering knuckles.
20. Disconnect the stabilizer bars from the front suspension struts.
21 Unscrew the front powertrain support bolt.
22 Unscrew the bolt of the rear support of the power unit.
23 Remove the elastic hangers of the exhaust pipe (21).

24. Unscrew the screws and remove the subframe.
25. Disconnect the drive shafts (22) from the gearbox.

26. Loosen the screws securing the gear shift cable bracket (23).

27. Unscrew the screws (24) securing the starter.

28. Unscrew the lower screws (25) securing the gearbox to the engine.

29. Raise the vehicle and remove the gearbox.

Installation
30. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
31. After installing the gearbox, perform the following procedures:
- fill the gearbox with clean oil;
- fill the power steering system with working fluid;
- check for leaks from hoses and pipes;
- adjust the gear shift cables.
