Removal and installation the ignition coil (Hyundai Accent MC)

Removal

1. Remove the engine cover.

For 1.4L engines only

2. Disconnect the connector and high-voltage wires from the ignition coil.

3. Remove the ignition coil (1).



For 1.6L engines only

4. Loosen the screw and remove the ignition coil. Tightening torque: 8-10 Nm.



5. Pull back the locking tab (2), press the clamp (3) and disconnect the ignition coil connector.

Installation

6 Installation is carried out in reverse order.
