Radiator cap check
1. Remove the radiator cap, apply coolant to the oil seal, and install the cap on the pressure tester.
2. Pressurize 93.16-122.58 kPa and check for pressure drop. If the pressure drops, replace the radiator cap.
Radiator leak test
3. Connect the crimping tool to the radiator after removing the cover.
4. Create an overpressure of 93.16-122.58 kPa. Check for coolant leaks and pressure changes.
Checking the radiator fan
5. Apply battery voltage to the fan connector pins and check its operation. Check the absence of extraneous noise during the operation of the electric motor.
