Removal
1. Drain the coolant.
2. Loosen the coolant pump pulley mounting screws. Tightening torque: 8-10 Nm
3. Remove the drive belts.
4. Remove the coolant pump pulley.
5. Remove the timing belt.
6. Remove the timing belt guide roller.
7. Unscrew 2 screws (1) and remove the generator tension bar (2). Tightening torque: 20-24 Nm.
8. Unscrew 3 screws (3) and remove the coolant pump (4) with the gasket. Tightening torque: 12-15 Nm.
Examination
9. Check the pump body for damage and coolant leaks.
10. Check the smooth rotation of the pump shaft and the absence of extraneous noise
Installation
Note: Be sure to replace the pump gasket during installation.
11. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
12. Fill the system with coolant and check for leaks.
