Tachometer (engine speed indicator) (Hyundai Accent LC)

The tachometer shows the engine speed in revolutions per minute (rpm). The tachometer can help you choose a more economical driving mode and also warns you when the engine speed exceeds the maximum permissible value.

Warning! While driving, watch the tachometer readings. The needle showing the engine crankshaft speed should not enter the red zone (the zone where the maximum permissible speed is exceeded), as this may lead to serious engine damage and void the right to warranty service for the vehicle.
