Headlight corrector (Hyundai Accent LC)

The headlight beam corrector is designed to adjust the angle of the headlight beam depending on the number of passengers and the weight of the cargo carried by the vehicle.



The higher the position number of the headlight range control switch, the lower the beam of light from the headlights will be directed. Always use the headlight range control switch to adjust the distance illuminated by the headlights (when the low beam is on) so that other road users are not blinded, day or night.

Corrector positions

• 0 - driver only or driver and front passenger.
• 0 - driver or driver and front passenger.
• 1 - driver and all passengers.
• 2 - driver, all passengers and a fully loaded trunk (or towing a partially loaded trailer).
• 3 - driver and full trunk load (or towing a trailer with maximum load).
