Examination
1. Check the inner surface of the housing in contact with the turbine for cracks and wear caused by overheating.
2. Make sure that the valve outlet flap moves freely by hand.
3. Make sure that there is no damage on the inner surface of the housing that contacts the turbine.
4. Turbine and shaft with cracks in blades or broken blades cannot be reused. If the turbine blades are slightly bent, the turbine can be reused, however, a turbine with severely bent blades cannot be reused.
5. Check for impurities in the turbine shaft lubrication channel.
Checking the outlet valve flap
Check the valve flap opening pressure. Nominal opening pressure: 13.2 kPa.
