Procedure
1. Check the condition of the poly V-belt and its position on the pulleys.
2. Install the belt on the engine pulleys in the following order: Alternator pulley → Power steering pump pulley → Idle pulley → A/C compressor pulley → Crankshaft pulley
3. When installing the belt on the pulleys, make sure that it is correctly installed in the pulley grooves.
1. Check the correct position of the poly V-belt ribs in the pulley grooves.
2. If the poly V-belt makes any extraneous noise during operation, check the belt for wear and damage, as well as the working surfaces of the pulleys.
4. The tensioner mark should be between the "*" position. Otherwise, replace the belt.
