Rear suspension trailing arms (Hyundai Elantra XD)

Removal

1. Disconnect the parking brake cable from the rear suspension trailing arm.

2. Remove the bolts and the rear suspension trailing arm.

Disassembly

1. Install the rear suspension trailing arm to special tool 09551–25000.

2. Press the bushing out of the rear suspension trailing arm.

Assembly

Using special tool 09551–25000, press the bushing into the rear suspension trailing arm.

Caution! Press the bushing in the position shown in the figure.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
