Checking the vehicle's drift and directional instability (Hyundai Elantra XD)

If your vehicle continually pulls to one side while driving on a level section of road, perform the following checks.

• a. Reverse the front wheels and road test.

• b. If the vehicle begins to pull in the opposite direction, swap the front and rear wheels and road test again.

• c. If the vehicle continues to pull to one side, reverse the front wheels and road test.

• d. If the car continues to pull in the opposite direction, replace the front wheels with new ones.
