Lighting, electric cooling fan and all consumers are off, the gear lever is in the neutral position.
1. Let the engine run at a higher speed than idle until the coolant temperature reaches 80-95°C.
2. Let the engine run at 2000 to 3000 rpm for more than 5 seconds.
3. Let the engine idle for 2 minutes.
4. Using a tachometer, determine the engine speed. If it is out of specification, adjust it to match with the SAS-1 travel adjustment screw.
Warning. Do not touch the SAS-2 screw. The SAS-2 travel adjustment screw is precisely set at the factory.
