Lighting, electric cooling fan and all consumers are switched off, the gear lever is in neutral position.
1. Run the engine at a speed higher than idle until the coolant temperature reaches 80-95°C.
2. Let the engine run at 2000 to 3000 rpm for more than 5 s.
3. Let the engine idle for 2 minutes.
4. Use a tachometer to determine the engine speed. If it is out of specification, adjust it to match the specification with the SAS-1 idle speed adjustment screw.

Warning: Do not touch the SAS-2 screw. The SAS-2 idle adjustment screw is precisely set at the factory.
