Lock adjustment
1. Slightly loosen the screws (1) lock latch (2). By tapping the latch with a rubber mallet, adjust its position so that the lock closes easily.
2. While holding the outside handle in the retracted position, close the door. Make sure that the surface of the door is flush with the surface of the body. Open the door and tighten the lock retainer screws.
Door adjustment
3. Loosen the screws (3) hinge fasteners (4) to the body and, moving the door in and out, adjust its position relative to the body.
Note: Jack up the door before making adjustments (5), pre-laying a soft pad (6).
4. Loosen the screws (7) fastening the hinges to the door and, moving the door back and forth and up and down, adjust the gaps between the body and the door.
5. Check up uniformity of backlashes and parallelism of panels of a door and a body.
