Removal and installation the trunk lid release lever (Hyundai Accent MC)

Removal

1. Unscrew the self-tapping screw and remove the lever housing (1).



2. Loosen the lever screw (2). Tightening torque: 7-11 Nm.



3. Disconnect the trunk lid lock drive cables (3) and the fuel filler flap (4), then remove the lock release lever (5).

Installation

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
