1 - clutch drive hose; 2 – a tube of a drive of coupling; 3 – the main cylinder of coupling; 4 - clutch pedal.
Withdrawal
1. Turn out the pumping union and merge a brake liquid from a hydraulic drive of coupling.
2. Remove cotter pin, washer and pin with head and cotter pin hole.
3. Disconnect the hydraulic tube from the clutch master cylinder.
4. Remove the clutch master cylinder bolt.
5. Remove the clutch hydraulic line clamps.
6. While holding the nut on the clutch hose from turning, unscrew the nut on the tube.
7. Remove the clutch hose clamp and remove the hose from the bracket.
8. Remove the clutch hydraulic line.
9. Disconnect the tube from the clutch hose side.
Examination
Check the hydraulic clutch hose and tube for cracks or damage.
Installation
1. Connect the clutch tube from the clutch hose side.
2. Temporarily hand-tighten the hose and clutch wire tube nuts, then tighten them to the correct torque.
Tightening torque: 13–17 Nm
3. Install clutch hydraulic line and secure with clips.
4. Install the clutch master cylinder.
5. Lubricate the bushing, pin, washer and head pin with cotter pin before installation.
Grease: J310a, NLGI #2
6. Install the pushrod to the clutch pedal.
7. Pour fluid into the clutch reservoir.
8. Bleed the air from the clutch hydraulic system.
