Removal
1. Unscrew the bleed screw and drain the brake fluid from the hydraulic clutch drive.
2. Remove the cotter pin, washer and pin with head and hole for the cotter pin.
3. Disconnect the hydraulic line from the clutch master cylinder.

4. Remove the clutch master cylinder mounting bolt.
5. Remove the clutch hydraulic line clamps.

6. While holding the nut on the clutch drive hose from turning, unscrew the nut on the tube.
7. Remove the clutch hose retaining clip and remove the hose from the bracket.

8. Remove the clutch hydraulic line.

9. Disconnect the tube from the clutch hose side.
Examination
Check the clutch hydraulic hose and tube for cracks or damage.
Installation
1. Connect the clutch tube from the clutch hose side.

2. Temporarily tighten the clutch hose and cable tube nuts by hand, then tighten them to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 13–17 Nm

3. Install the clutch hydraulic line and secure with clamps.

4. Install the clutch master cylinder.
5. Before installation, lubricate the bushing, pin, washer and pin with head and hole for the cotter pin.
Lubricant: J310a, NLGI No.2
6. Install the push rod onto the clutch pedal.
7. Pour fluid into the clutch reservoir.
