1 – toothed crown; 2 – flywheel; 3 – bolt, 130–140 Nm; 4 – drive plate; 5 – adjustment plate; 6 – bolt, 130–140 Nm; 7 – adjustment plate.
Removal
1. Remove the gearbox and clutch.
2. Remove the bolts and flywheel. If the vehicle has an automatic transmission, remove the drive plate. When removing the bolts, block the flywheel from turning.
Examination
1. Check the condition of the flywheel surface that contacts the clutch disc. If there is significant wear, replace the flywheel.
2. Check the runout of the flywheel surface that contacts the clutch disc.
Runout: 0.1 mm
3. Check the flywheel ring gear for damage and wear and replace it if necessary.
Installation
Install the flywheel or drive plate onto the crankshaft. Use a special tool to lock the flywheel from turning and tighten the flywheel mounting bolts.
Tightening torque: 130–140 Nm
