Order of execution
1. Remove the brake pads.
2. Disconnect the brake pipe.
3. Turn out bolts and remove the working brake cylinder.
4. Remove dust covers from the working brake cylinder.
5. Remove the piston.
6. Remove return spring.
7. Before assembling the working brake cylinder, check the condition of the following parts:
- cylinder and piston for wear, damage and rust;
- the body of the working brake cylinder for damage and cracks;
- the contact surface of the piston and brake pads for wear.
8. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
Warning! Before assembly, clean the working brake cylinder with isopropyl alcohol.
Warning! Lubricate the piston and cylinder with brake fluid before assembly.
Warning! When assembling, use new cuffs and dust covers.
Warning! Be careful not to lose the steel ball of the drain valve.
