Execution order
1. Remove the brake pads.
2. Disconnect the brake pipe.
3. Remove the bolts and the wheel cylinder.
4. Remove the dust boots from the wheel cylinder.
5. Remove the piston.
6. Remove the return spring.
7. Before assembling the wheel cylinder, check the condition of the following parts:
- cylinder and piston for wear, damage and rust;
- the body of the working brake cylinder for damage and cracks;
- the contact surface of the piston and brake pads for wear.
8. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
Warning: Clean the wheel cylinder with isopropyl alcohol before assembly.
Warning: Before assembly, lubricate the piston and cylinder with brake fluid.
Warning: New seals and dust covers must be used during assembly.
Warning: Be careful not to lose the steel ball of the drain valve.
