1 – heater radiator cap; 2 – heater radiator; 3 – air mixing valve; 4 – clamp; 5 – heater body; 6 – gasket; 7 – control valve; 8 – heater body.
Removal
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Disconnect the coolant supply and return hoses from the heater radiator.
4. Discharge the air conditioning system.

5. Disconnect the suction tube and liquid refrigerant tube from the evaporator.
6. Remove the steering wheel and multifunction switch.
7. Remove the front and rear console.

8. Remove the lower trim panel from the left side of the instrument panel.
9. Remove the heating and ventilation control panel.

10. Remove the heating and ventilation control unit.
11. Remove the glove box.

12. Remove 4 bolts and front passenger airbag.
13. Disconnect the cables from the heating unit and the connector from the thermostatic switch on the evaporator unit.
14. Remove the instrument panel.
15. Remove the evaporator mounting nuts.
16. Remove the evaporator unit.
17. Unscrew the crossbar mounting nuts and remove it.
18. Remove the 3 heater mounting bolts.

19. Remove the heater unit.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. After installing the heater unit, check the smooth movement and operation of the flaps.
