
Removal
1. Disconnect the brake fluid level sensor connector from the reservoir and remove the reservoir cap.
2. Pump out the brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir using a syringe.
Attention. Avoid getting brake fluid on the car surfaces: this may damage the paintwork. If brake fluid gets on a painted surface, it must be washed off immediately with water.
3. Remove the wheel.
4. Remove the brake hose clamp (A).

5. Loosen the flare nut (B) and disconnect the brake pipe.
Note: Tightening torque: 12.7 - 16.7 Nm.
6. Disconnect the hose from the brake caliper by unscrewing the bolt (C).
Note: Tightening torque: 24.5 - 29.4 Nm.

Checking the technical condition
1. Check the brake pipes for cracks, dents and corrosion.
2. Inspect the brake hoses for cracks, damage and fluid leaks.
3. Inspect the cone nuts of the pipes for damage and signs of fluid leakage.
4. Inspect the brake hose mounting bracket for cracks or deformation.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Caution: Always install a new washer (A) when assembling.

2. After installation, bleed the brake system.
3. Check for any spilled brake fluid.
