1. Place the vehicle on a level surface. Set wheels in straight ahead direction.
2. Before checking and installing steering wheels, make sure that the wheels, steering and suspension are free from defects.
3. Measure wheel alignment. Convergence value: 0±2 mm.
4. Wheel alignment is adjusted by turning the adjusting nuts on the tie rod end.
5. Calculate wheel alignment (B - A).
6. The transverse angle of inclination of the axis of rotation of the wheel is not adjustable, it is incorporated constructively. Angle value 0°±30'.
7. The longitudinal angle of inclination of the axis of rotation of the wheel is not adjustable, it is incorporated constructively. The angle is 3°32'±30'.
8. Measure depth (A) tire tread. Minimum Depth Allowed - 1.6mm: The depth at which the tire wear indicator is located (IN).
9. If the tread height is less than acceptable, replace the tire.
10. Measure the radial and axial runout of the disc. Permissible runout value: 0.3 mm.
11. Install the wheel and tighten the fastening nuts in the sequence shown in the figure.
