Procedure
1. Remove any remaining gasket from the cylinder head cover and cylinder head.
2. Apply a thin layer of sealant (Loctite #5999) to the mating surface of the cylinder head cover.
3. Install the cylinder head cover and secure with bolts, tightening them to the required torque. Tightening torque: 8–10 Nm.
4. Connect the accelerator cable.
5. Connect the crankcase ventilation hose.
6. Connect the high-voltage wires to the spark plugs
7. Install the upper timing belt cover and secure it with four bolts.
8. Install the center cover and secure it with five bolts. Tightening torque: 2.5–3.5 Nm.
9. Install the oil filler cap.
10. Install the casing on the engine.
