Removal
Warning! The throttle valve must not be removed Remove the throttle position sensor.
Caution! Remove the throttle position sensor only for replacement.
Examination
1. Check the throttle assembly for cracks.
2. Check the cleanliness of the vacuum channels.
3. Check the accelerator cable play.
1. The throttle valve setting screw has been adjusted to the air volume line of 0.516±5% g/s, so it is not recommended to adjust it by yourself.
2. If the idle speed is not as required, first check the relevant sensors.
3. There is no need to clean the carbon deposits in the throttle assembly, since it does not affect the performance of the fuel system at all.
