Removal and inspection



Warning:
  • 1. The throttle valve cannot be removed.
  • 2. If the Phillips screw is too tight, use only a screwdriver specifically designed for these screws.


Cleaning the body components



1. Clean all components. The following components should not be cleaned by immersion in solvents:
  • Throttle position sensor;
  • Idle speed control motor;

The insulation of these components may be damaged if they are immersed in cleaning solvent. They should only be cleaned with a piece of cloth.

2. Check for foreign objects in the vacuum channel. Clean it with compressed air.
