Cleaning vinyl upholstery
Before cleaning vinyl upholstery, remove dirt and dust from the vinyl upholstery with a vacuum cleaner. Then dampen them with a clean sponge or soft cloth soaked in a mild soap or detergent solution in water. Without removing the solution, wait a while for the dirt to soften, then wipe the upholstery with a clean, damp sponge or cloth. If there are still dirty spots, repeat cleaning until they are completely removed. Do not use gasoline, paint thinners, or other harsh cleaners.
Cleaning leather upholstery (depending on configuration)
Under normal driving conditions, leather upholstery, as well as upholstery made of other materials, accumulates dust and dirt over time, which must be removed so that they do not penetrate the leather and damage it.
Thin soft leather requires careful handling and should be cleaned as needed. Thoroughly washing leather upholstery with soap and water gives it a shiny, beautiful look and prolongs its life.
Take a piece of gauze, dampen it with a solution of mild soap or detergent in warm water, and lather well. Rinse the leather upholstery thoroughly, then wipe it first with a slightly damp, then dry, soft cloth. Repeat this cleaning each time the leather upholstery gets dirty.
The tanning process of the leather involves soaking it with a sufficient amount of fat, so there is no need to additionally soak it with fat during its entire service life. Applying fat to the finished surface of the skin will do more harm than good. Do not use furniture polish or varnish under any circumstances.
Carpet cleaning
Use foam carpet cleaners that come in aerosol or powder form. Read the instructions on the product packaging carefully and follow them strictly. Vacuum the mat as thoroughly as possible with the appropriate nozzle. Apply lather as directed on package, then rub in in circular, overlapping motions. Do not add water, as for the best effect of these products, the mat should be as dry as possible.
Seat belt cleaning
Seat belts are cleaned with a cloth or sponge moistened with a solution of mild soap or detergent in warm water. Do not use strong detergents, dyes, bleaches or abrasives that reduce the strength of the belts.
When cleaning the belts, inspect them for excessive wear, cuts, burns, or other damage, and replace them if necessary.
Glass cleaning
You can use any household glass cleaner to clean the glass. When cleaning the inside of the rear window, be careful not to damage the heated glass element.
