Disassembly
1. Remove the cover from the pulley.
2. Remove the pulley using a special tool.

3. Remove the three bolts and vacuum pump.
4. Unscrew the nuts securing terminal "B" to the rear cover, remove the insulator and unscrew the five bolts securing the rear cover.
5. Unscrew the four clamping bolts and remove the back cover.
6. If it is necessary to remove the voltage regulator, unsolder the four stator wires from the rectifier diodes.
7. Separate the rotor, stator and front cover.
Installation
Warning: Connect the oil hose to the generator before installation.
Warning: After installing the generator, connect the oil hose to the pipe on the side of the oil pan.
Warning: Clamp the hose clamp onto the straight portion of the pipe.
Warning: After installing the oil pipe, do not bend or bring the oil pipe into contact with the cylinder block.
