Removal
1. Remove the hose connected to the air filter.
2. Disconnect the intake air temperature sensor wiring.
3. Disconnect the air inlet hose from the air cleaner side.
4. Remove the air filter cover and element.
5. Remove the air filter mounting bolts and the filter itself.

Examination
1. Check the air filter housing, cover and element for deformation, corrosion and damage.
2. Check the air duct for damage.
3. Check the filter element for clogging, contamination and damage.
If the element is slightly clogged, remove dust and other contaminants by blowing air through it.
4. Check the air filter housing and cover for clogging, dirt, and damage.
5. Check the resonator for deformations and damage.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
