During operation, the air filter becomes dirty, which reduces the engine's fuel efficiency. Replace the filter with a new one, to do this:
1. Loosen the air filter bolts.
2. Remove the air filter cover.
3. Remove the filter element.
4. Install the new filter element and tighten the cap.
