Examination
Check coolant pipes and hoses for cracks, damage and restrictions.
Replace if necessary.
Installation
1. Install the O-ring into the groove at the end of the coolant inlet pipe, wet the O-ring with coolant and insert the inlet pipe.

Note
1. Do not apply oil or grease to the O-ring of the coolant inlet pipe.
2. Check that the coolant inlet pipe connection points are free of sand, dust, etc.
3. Insert the coolant pipe completely into the cylinder block hole.
4. Do not reuse the O-ring, replace it with a new one.
